Shipping Policy

At Cerivao, we are committed to providing a convenient and reliable shipping experience for our customers. All orders are shipped from within the United States and delivered to eligible locations across the U.S. mainland.

Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Customers do not need to pay additional shipping fees during checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States mainland.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Alaska, overseas territories, and U.S. military addresses, including APO, FPO, and other restricted military locations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, standard delivery usually takes approximately 3-7 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

All Cerivao orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States. Since orders are shipped domestically, customers do not need to handle international customs procedures or import-related processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor your delivery status.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after shipment confirmation.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping address and the sales tax requirements of the destination state.

The final order total shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes and fees required for your purchase.
